Primary Responsibilities:

Perform bicycle maintenance, repairs, and tune-ups.
Assemble, disassemble, and quality-check bicycles.
Interact with customers, provide advice, and document services.
Manage inventory and stay updated on industry trends.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace while upholding professionalism.

Work Experience:

Skilled bicycle mechanic
Professionalism and strong work ethic

Computer proficiency (highly desirable)

OPEN JOB POSITIONS

service TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a highly skilled Bicycle Technician to join our esteemed service department. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of mechanical experience and a solid understanding of various bicycle types. Your primary role will involve repairing and assembling new bicycles in the service department, with potential opportunities for exceptional customer service. We offer training as needed to support your growth in the role.

Qualifications:

Strong team player with a passion for collaborative work
Effective communication and leadership skills for interactions with colleagues and clients
Proficient knowledge of different bicycle types
Ability to efficiently perform bicycle tuning
Proficiency in bleeding procedures
Capability to perform basic suspension service
eBike service and repair experience
Attendance and/or certification from a bicycle mechanics school is a plus
Prior management experience is preferred

Responsibilities:

Conduct bicycle repairs and tune-ups
Assemble and fine-tune new bicycles
Deliver exceptional customer service
Assist in daily operations as required

Part-Time (>30 hours per week) applications will be considered but we are primarily interested in individuals who can work a Full-Time (30+ hours per week) schedule. Pay is based on experience.
